Being a fan of Sandra of course I couldn’t miss this.
I first heard of it was when Sandra was still hosting her radio show. It was pretty
exciting to see a ‘different side’ of Sandra.

I would rather pick Sandra over Kara for Best Actress after watching both but it is still not that great of a performance since she wasn’t a big focus. I still like the change but best is her hosting talk shows like Club Sparkle again.

The focus was on the 2 brothers. For a kid and a newcomer they were alright but then the story about them is not super interesting to me.

This is a movie based of the real life story of director/scriptwriter Alex Law but maybe since I never experienced the 60s so I don’t have much feel for it. It is interesting but making real life events into a movie is hard.

Most of the movie somewhat got ‘spoiled’ by the trailer even though it didn’t say too much it gave most of the exciting scenes away (a little was from listening to Sandra’s radio show too) and the ending was also a bit expected.

The theme of the movie is the best part. TIME! I need more of that.

My Rating: 6/10, won’t re-watch
