I wanted to watch this because of Sandra Ng and Joey Meng. 2 favourites in one movie! Joey was only a guest star so there was not a lot of screen time. Most of Joey’s screen time was with Jo and very limited, there seemed to be a connection yet there wasn’t. There was too many ideas and themes and not enough time and also the possibility with being banned or censored (Rated R).

The story focused on the two past high school lovers, Sandra and Vivian.
Vivian came back from hiatus for 14 years and is still great looking and she even seemed more comfortable than Sandra, although still lack of acting experience. (I liked the home Vivian was in).

Sandra is still great, another ‘fresh’ and different side instead of plain old over-the-top comedy.

Eddie was better than expected from the trailer and for William, nothing special to say about him.

Ann is a great director but she can still cannot save the script. Lots of different society matters, especially gender politics could have been done a different way or even cut out, but at least it gives some thought, so maybe if it was done a different way it would have been better.
The topics and issues were briefly brushed across so they could have cut some of them out. It could be replaced with a bit more interaction between some characters or thoughts of the characters.

It seemed like lots of stuff was cut out too, so maybe if they had some of those deleted scenes released (or Sandra and Joey+Vivian's past) that would be good.

My Rating: 8/10, might re-watch
